Our Story and Mission
Over the course of a career spent entirely in accountancy practice recruitment, we've built relationships with firms at every stage of their journey. What we noticed, time and again, was that the sector deserved better. Not volume recruiting from a database and a script, but genuine expertise, someone who knew the firms, understood the culture, and had the integrity to give honest advice even when it wasn't what people wanted to hear.
